Service Description
A 4% fee applies to credit card payments. Paying cash with a credit card will avoid this fee. A deposit is required to reserve a specific test date. All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the full test amount when the balance is paid. Rescheduling an existing test date will require a new deposit of $100.00.
Cancellation Policy
You Must Agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Examination Scheduling: It is your responsibility to select a suitable date for the test. Consider your needed preparation time, work schedules, family and other financial obligations. You acknowledge and fully understand that once an examination is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled without penalty. Any changes or cancellations will result in the loss of the full deposit fee. 2. Examination Deposits: A cash or credit card deposit is required to reserve an examination date. The deposit amount will apply to the total cost of the examination you have selected. In the event that you must cancel or reschedule your examination, you acknowledge and fully understand that the deposit fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. You will not be entitled to any reimbursement or credit for the deposit fee. 3. Examination Cancellation or Rescheduling: If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your examination, you may do so on the website. Once an examination is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited. In order to reschedule an examination you will need to book a new examination date and pay a new examination deposit. 4. Deposit Fees - Non-transferable: Examination deposit fees are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your booking or deposit fee to another person or entity, or apply it to another examination. 5. Agreement to Terms: By proceeding with booking an examination and submitting the deposit fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agreed to these terms and conditions. 6. Limitation to Liability: AZ Technical Training, DME Consulting LLC, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss of damage arising from the applicant's (your) failure to reschedule or cancel the examination resulting in the loss of the deposit fee. 7. Amendments: AZ Technical Training, DME Consulting LLC, reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes or updates. By using this website and proceeding with booking an examination, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website or book an examination.
